On Saturday, Sept 20, from noon to 4 pm, we’ll be assisting with the Barrington Pollinator Pathway Tour. You have the choice of working the full shift or a two-hour shift. Work locations include several stops on the tour:
1. The Barrington Middle School Pollinator Garden, where we’ll work on the garden and tour people through the garden as they visit.
2. Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve – the first stop on the tour — where we’ll assist with parking, greeting people, registering people, and general assistance to the tour leaders.
3. Individual homes on the tour, where we’ll support the homeowner with parking, greeting people and general assistance to the homeowner.
Dress for the weather and wear long socks, long pants, Land Trust T-Shirt and Land Trust hat. Bring a water bottle!
Thanks for participating!
