Barrington Scout Dane Winquist recently completed his Eagle Scout project by constructing a bog walk/bridge about 16 feet in length over a perennially wet area of trail at Johannis Wildlife Refuge, a BLCT property off of Sowams Rd. The new bridge replaced planks and logs that had been placed over the area, but were uneven and a challenge to walk over for the non sure-footed. It makes that part of the trail more pleasant and safer to traverse.
