OptOutside this year and spend time with family and friends at Johannis, a 32 acre wildlife preserve located on the Palmer River in Barrington.
Johannis will be open from 10:00-12:00, you can arrive at anytime during these hours and walk the preserve at your own pace.
An RSVP is required to attend. Please send your name and the number of attendees to education@blct.org. Johannis is located on Sowams Road .7 miles north of Sowams Elementary School. Parking is available on site. The walk is approximately 30 minutes over wet and moderate terrain. Wear boots! Severe weather cancels the event. There is no rain date.
