On Tuesday, July 8, from 9-11 am, we’ll be clearing trails and removing invasive plants at Sowams Woods.
Dress for the weather and wear sturdy, water-resistant footwear. Long pants and socks are recommended so we can spray for ticks and protect ourselves from poison ivy. Wear your Land Trust t-shirt and hat if you have one. Bring a water bottle!
We’ll meet at the trailhead of Sowams Woods off Washington Road (on South Lake Drive, a dirt road bordering the golf course), across from Lighthouse Lane.
