41. Robertson Wetland - a gift of Jean and Robert Robertson, 1993; About 1/3 acre adjacent to Nugent land on Middle Highway; Tax Assessor's Plat #24, Lot #271 (parcel D of subdivision42).

49. Mary Paine Marsh - donated by Mary Paine, 1999; 3,200 sq. ft. marshland on west shore of Allins Cove; Tax Assessor's Plat #1, Lot 178.

50. Esther Hill Marsh -donated by Patricia O'Brien. Adeline Bacon, Janet Gregan, Ruth Neville, Eleanor Brewster, Riley Lamson, and Ruth Boucher, 1999; 18,200 sq. ft. marshland on the east shore of Hundred Acre Cove; Tax Assessor's Plat #37, Lot 35.

52. Grant Woodland - purchased by the Land Trust on October 30, 2000 for $25,000; About 3.5 acres of woodland adjacent to Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve; Tax Assessor's Plat # 31, part of Lot #392  in Barrington, and Tax Assessor's Plat #11, Lot 6 in Swansea.

53. Davidson Conservation Easement-- donated by Malcolm and Judith Davidson in May 2003. About 30,000 square feet of woodland with brackish marsh growth behind 20 Bullock Road in Hampden Meadows, bordering on a marsh along the Palmer River. Tax Assessor's Plat #31, part of Lot 137. No public access.

54. Aurora Neck - title acquired from Town of Barrington, 2003. .66 acres of upland and saltwater marsh on the Palmer River. Tax Assessor's Plat #30, Lot #257.

58- Aurora Point - donated by Helen LaFrancois; .5 acres of saltwater marsh on the Palmer River. Tax Assessor's Plat #30, Lot #245.

59- McCulloch Easement- donated by Norman and Dorothy McCullouch, 2004; 3.14 acres on the Warren River. Tax Assessor's Plat #26, Lot #17.No public access.

60- Lombardi Park- donated by Salvatore Lombardi, Jr., Anthony Lombardi and Joseph Lombardi. Tax Assessor's Plat #19, Lot #273. Short trail to pond off bike path; see map.

61- McCaffrey Woods - donated October 2005 by Helen LaFrancois and named in honor of her parents, Thomas and Helen McCaffrey. Tax Assessor's Plat #23, Lot #216.

63 - Douglas Rayner Wildlife Refuge on Nockum Hill - 3 acre conservation easement on land owned by the Town of Barrington, on George Street, extending into Hundred Acre Cove. finalized as a conservation easement in December 2005. Managed by the land Trust for the Town. Many trails open on this town-owned refuge. See map and NEW Trail Guide.

64 - Sowams Woods - Acquired December 2006. 12 acres of woodland at the corner of South Lake Drive and Washington Road, purchased with federal, state and local open space funds and private donations, 2006. Tax Assessor's Plat #37, Lots #1, 4, 50, 56. Public Access. Trails leave from Washington Road and South Lake Drive. See map.

65 - Deep Meadow Extension - Acquired August 2006 tax title. 4 acres of marsh and upland on the Swansea-Barrington town line, north of Deep Meadow property. Tax Assessor's Plat #37, Lots #25 and 27.

66- Almeida Woods - Donated June 27, 2007, by Alfred and Kathleen Almeida; .13 acres of treed swamp, land on public bike path across from ball field near YMCA. Tax Assessor's Plat #23, Lot 212.

67 - LaFrancois Point - Donated October 2007 by Helen LaFrancois; saltmarsh and small tree island on the Palmer River, end of Columbus Avenue. Tax Assessor's Plat #30

68 - McCullouch Conservation Easement -Donated December 2007 by Sandy and Dorothy McCullough. Lawn, pond and woodland off Adam's Point Road bordering on Smith Cove. Tax Assessor's Plat #26, Lot #2. No public access.

69 - St. Andrew's Farm Land Trust listed as reverter to 2003 deed from McAdams Foundation, acres on Middle highway at corner of Lincoln Avenue. Tax Assessor's Plat #17, Lot #353. Town owned, trails from ball fields on Middle Highway and also from Crown, Fountain, Standish, Brown, Peck, Harrison and Burke Avenues as well as Hart Drive.
