The Barrington Land Conservation Trust recognizes that every person’s situation and goals are different so it offers several methods for you to protect your land.

How you can protect your land and reduce taxes by donating it to the Barrington Land Conservaiton Trust.

Bargain-Purchase of Land:

How you can donate part of the value of your land to the Barrington Land Conservation Trust, while the Trust purchases the rest of the value - benefits both you and the BLCT.

Bequest and Living Trust or Donation of a Remainder Interest:

How you can donate your land to the Land Trust but still retain the right to live on or use the property.
